The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.

Duration:

2 hours

Come Rain or Shine:

If it's raining, I won't be there.

Meeting Point:

Park opposite/beside Terrey Hills shops, corner Booralie Rd/Yulong Ave. Or in the small carpark next to the RFS station & community centre.

Did this instead...

I don't normally share wind training stuff as it's boring and don't have a distance/cadence meter on it.

Not a bad little workout but will be looking to get out in the next couple days (back at work on Tuesday... doh!)
