I notice Ay-Up sells both Blue and Red caps for the lights to be used as a rear light.

I was thinbking that one blue and one red would possibly get more clearance from cars, but wondered if it was illegal?

Anyone know???

You might get treated worse, when they realise you're not a cop they could decide to subject you to a "punishment pass" - shave you with inches to spare.

That's been the experience of UK cyclists wearing mock-police fluoro jackets with blue and white checkerboard and the word POLITE.

I have a blue and red flasher but have never used it.
