Has anyone checked out how Ghania and Serrata have held up?

Are they in decent rideable condition where one can ride without causing any trail damage?

Ghania in particular seemed to drain very well after a downpour.

Ghania was in excellent condition shortly after the rain. Probably less than 10 m of trail that would have sustained any degradation by riding. A couple of rocks were showing signs of being slippery, so a dose of caution wouldn't go astray.

Serrata was looking pretty good down to the first rock chute, but I didn't venture any further.

The fire trails to access both trail loops were wet as you'd expect.
