Hi All,

Does anyone know what level of rider you need to be to feel comfortable entering the NSW Road Champs at orange in late April? Do you need t be an A, B, C grader to not embaress yourself at these races?

Thanks
Jeff

Hi Jeff

I haven't personally raced masters champs but from speaking to other club members in the past the standard is quite high. You would race in age category, which in theory creates a more even field. Give it a go mate. Have you considered the crit race at the Bathurst b2b festival?

Ive seen you ride Jeff. You'll be fine. As mentioned above, the B2B is good. Another option is the Bobbo Classic if its not rained out. A good chance to get some kms in the legs...

Hi Paul,

B2B Crit - i have entered that and also the 40-45 wave of in the UCI qualifier at B2B - I assume i will be in Div 4. Will assess how i go out there and then submit then leave pass request for the NSW Masters....

just worried that the trip to Orange may well be a nice 81km solo ride if you get dropped in the first 20km

Heath...you are far too kind!!!!

Cheers
Jeff
